Matias Pollmann-Larsen is a Partner at BCG, global expert on transformation and large scale change, and part of the Nordic leadership for social impact. His social impact experience span from total societal impact, to sustainability, food loss and waste, integration and diversity and inclusion, also co-authoring a book on the myths of gender equality in Denmark (The Queen’s new Clothes)
Matias holds a MSc in Management Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and a BSc in Management Engineering from Polytechnic of Milan focused on innovation management and leadership in multicultural contexts.

Jacob Hansen is a Project Leader at BCG in Denmark. He joined in 2016 and during his time with BCG, Jacob has focused his work on industrial goods, consumer goods and social impact on topics such as circular economy and low-emission fuels.
Jakob holds a MSc in Economics from Aarhus University.

Merle Stepke-Müller is a Project Leader at BCG in Denmark. She joined in 2016 and during her time at BCG, she has specialized in social impact and sustainability and has worked with a range of clients across these topics. Merle has also participated in the Social Impact Immersion Program 2018/2019, focusing solely on BGC’s social impact clients and private sector clients focused on delivering positive social impact.
Merle holds a MSc in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School and a BA in International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen including visits to the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Geneva.

Trine de Nully is a Consultant at BCG in Denmark. She joined in 2018 after being a Visiting Associate in the summer of 2017. During her time at BCG, Trine has worked on topics within sustainability and climate change, social impact and industrial goods.
Prior to joining BCG, Trine did her master’s degree in International Management from Università Bocconi in Milan and Fudan University in Shanghai.

Sidsel Green is a Consultant at BCG in Denmark. She joined in 2017 and has been enrolled in the Social Impact Immersion Program 2019/2020, focusing solely on BGC’s social impact clients and private sector clients seeking to transform their capacity to delivery positive social impact in the world.
Sidsel holds an MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and a BSc in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.

Nadia Dahl is an Associate at BCG in Denmark. She joined in 2019 and during her time at BCG, Nadia has worked with social impact cases such as The Green Constitution and a broad variety of topics for different consumer clients.
Nadia holds a MSc in Economics from Aarhus University with visits to the London School of Economics and the University of California, San Diego.

Kristine Buus is an Associate at BCG in Denmark. She joined the Copenhagen office in 2020 and during her time at BCG, Kristine has worked on topics related to financial industries, consumer goods and social impact.
Kristine holds a MSc in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School and a CEMS Master in International Management from London School of Economics.

Jakob Lohman is a Consultant at BCG in Denmark and joined the office in 2017. During his time at BCG, Jakob has worked on topics within the public sector, consumer goods and social impact including a project on “The Integration Challenge” together with Danish Refugee Council and Trygfonden amongst others.
Jakob holds a MSc in Political Science from Aarhus University including visits to London School of Economics and University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Sofie Bertram is an Associate at BCG in Denmark. She joined in 2019 after being a Visiting Associate in the spring of 2017. During her time at BCG, Sofie has worked on topics within consumer retail and gender diversity.
Sofie holds a Masters in Management from London Business School and a BSc in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.
